What we collect
We collect your mobile number, unique username, full name, booking details, payment-proof image, challenge activity, and policy acceptance. When mobile verification is available, the number is verified using a short-lived one-time code. Staff may link your player profile to the club customer record you already use.
What is public
Creating a public player account makes your username, full name, visits, streaks, approved match results, and ratings visible. Phone numbers, verification codes, spending, payment history, proof images, and internal customer notes remain staff-only.
Why we use it
We use this information to prevent duplicate bookings, review advances, operate matches and leaderboards, protect accounts, provide notifications, and maintain required club records. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and choices
Your data is stored in access-controlled cloud services. Verification codes expire quickly and only a one-way keyed hash is stored. Verified accounts can recover access through their mobile number. You may ask club staff to correct your profile, unlink a customer record, or remove public visibility where retention duties allow.
