Online availability is connected to live club operations. Features may be paused for maintenance, availability may be corrected by staff, and the club may contact you to resolve a booking before confirming it.
Your account
Use your own mobile number and accurate full name. The site suggests a unique username that you may edit before registration. When mobile verification is available, account creation requires the one-time code sent to that number.
By creating a player account, you agree that your username, full name, visits, streak, approved match results, and ratings may appear in the public player directory. Your phone number, spending, payment history, proof images, and internal notes remain staff-only.
Verification
The club may send a transactional SMS or automated voice call needed to verify your account. WhatsApp or promotional messaging is not enabled by accepting these terms and requires a separate choice when that feature launches.
Club operations
A confirmed booking reserves the selected station and time subject to closures, safety, maintenance, and reasonable operational changes. Staff will offer an alternative or refund review when the club cannot honor an approved booking.
Payments
UPI proofs are manually reviewed. The site does not provide automated payment-gateway settlement. Challenge stakes are never processed by the platform.
